Things people ask before getting started

How does payment work?

Monthly packages are paid in full before that month's work begins. Custom projects are 50% up front and 50% on completion before final delivery. We accept e-transfer and cash.

Am I signing a long contract?

No. Monthly services run month to month. You can cancel after any paid period. Payments already made for work that has started are non-refundable, which is set out in the service agreement before you sign anything.

Can I change package later?

Yes, up or down, at the start of any new service period. Most businesses start smaller and scale once they see the content flowing.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on monthly packages. Google Business Profile optimisation as a standalone service is a one-time $350, or it is included within the Growth and Pro packages.

What if I need something outside the package?

We quote it separately and get your approval before doing the work. You will never receive an invoice for something you did not agree to.

Do you offer discounts for longer commitments?

We would rather earn the next month than lock you in. If you want to prepay a longer period we can discuss it, but there is no pressure to.
